I recommend Vincenzo and lawless lawyer (kdramas) and The Confidence (cdrama) which has the same cast as this show. Other Cdramas I like are A Girl Like Me, The Untamed (FAVE FAVE FAVE), Ever Night.

As I recall there are a few moments and I think 2-3 kiss scenes and more hugs? There definitely is some physical affection/ tension throughout the show! Also there is kissing with the secondary couple as well. Hope this helps :)
