I dropped it after episode 9.As much as I love Mos and Bank as well as the couple to be Sam and Yo,I couldn't…
Honestly I'm almost dropping as well, but as I just watched also episode 9 (well, I skipped a lot this time), I thought it's "only" 3 episodes left. But the show is dreadful and super boring. No chemistry, no emotions, no suspense, no storyline, nothing. Worst I've seen this year so far and usually I like MosBank.
Episode 8 now, but I think the award for the most boring BL in 2024 is already a safe win for this show. I've now watched 8 hours of nothing. Can't even tell the storyline. As there is none. 4 episodes left, now I need to finish it.
okay didn‘t like in what direction episode 7 went after all, was hoping for real lovey-dovey Kohei/Taichi moments but what I watched was the opposite and ofc some girl intervening. And then the episode was over again. Worst thing is we need to wait another 7 days for the next 20 minutes… 5 episodes left!
5 episodes watched and I‘m rooting for Offroad and Pond (Vee/Third) more than VeeSan 🫢 San is so negative and aggressive in episode 5. Is there someone jealous maybe? haha well let’s see what the next episodes bring us. love it so far!
just finished episode 6 and after watching it I cannot even remember what happened because… nothing happened? I like MosBank but I‘m disappointed so far. everything that happenend in 6 episodes can be compressed in 15 minutes and I don‘t even feel the chemistry between MosBank in this show, it‘s kinda awkward.
Mos and Bank‘s characters are behaving like two 13 year old boys finding out about their bodies for the first time. It‘s cringy, no adults like they are behave like this. I was expecting this show to be more sexy, raunchy, brave, but what we get is a cringefest. I cannot even tell what this show is really about after finishing 4 episodes. Sad, but I like MosBank so I continue and hope for better episodes upcoming.
3 episodes in and overall I find it a bit boring. I like MosBank and follow them for quite awhile but somehow this show doesn’t send any spark to me so far. But I keep watching, there are still 9 episodes to go ☺️
Does anyone know where i can watch this? (I'm in the US)
I am in Germany and just found it in very good quality on Dailymotion. Can even watch it on my Smart TV with the Dailymotion app what I am doing at this very moment. Original Japanese with English subtitles!
This was a nice fun watch in one evening. Not great but fun. Story was very thin but I liked it. The cliffhanger at the end annoyed me a bit but in the BTS that came afterwards they clearly said "we will see you again" so there must be a season 2 which is nice, I will watch it. Kissing was great. Nothing special, but worth a watch for a nice comforting evening with a glass of wine.
I liked it although it wasn't a BL. It was fun, the boys were cute, it was just easy entertainment with a goofy story. It would have been better though if they would have developed some love relationships between some of them, especially as one of them definitely falls in love with a friend, but okay, so be it. I was waiting for some love confession and a real kiss all the time.... 6.5/10.
This was great. A solid 9/10 from me. It wasn't boring or dragging at all for me as some others commented here. Handsome actors, a nice story and a very pleasing ending! I won't say no to a season 2 :)
I'm a bit late to the game, just finished episode 5 and I really like it so far. Now I'm reading all the negativity here and that's kind of surprising. There was no dragging so far at all.
It was good, not great. However I loved how they wrapped up things in the last episode. There were some illogical things as well (aka: "why did person x not just do this instead") but overall I liked it. It was violent at times but not as horrible as some people describe it here. Sometimes my impression is that many people on this page shouldn't watch a show like this which is intended for adults, if they are not, and then complain about violence they cannot cope with. This is not a romantic K-drama and Netflix clearly states it's for ages 16 and up.
Fantastic! You need to watch this at the Japanese Film Festival Online as long as it's available, it's so comforting and so well done. What a wonderful film about youth and the pleasure of filmmaking as well!
The final episode had two really lovely scenes, the confession (finally…) and the dialogue „this is the happiest moment in my life“ and a short scene of them both waking up in arms saying „I love you“ to each other. This brought tears to my eyes.Unfortunately the final episode couldn’t save the whole series which started so strong and then fell flat with no development over the majority of episodes, with the biggest issues being able to say „I like you“ to someone who already confessed and who is a childhood friend. This was too unrealistic and frustrating to me, also the „kiss“ if you can tell it one (…). Main leads were really cute.Overall 6/10 - J-BL can do a bit better.
I like Japanese BLs very much but recently in so many shows there's always someone so timid to even say "I like you" for most episodes of a series which is so unrealistic. Episode 7 was a bit frustrating. I was already fearing that we get the typical one-episode-before-the-finale-something-bad-happens thing, well, not to a big extent but here we are. So episode 8 gives us 20 minutes to fix everything up. I'd really love to see a J-BL show where the main couple is happy for at least 50% of the time and celebrating their love instead of 10 minutes at the end...
Just watched and finished Bad Buddy for the first time ever. Such a great series. I loved it. The two leads Ohm and Nanon were awesome. In love with especially Nanon now ;D I wasn't 100% satisfied with the last episode though, but it was okay. Another thing I could criticise was the sound. There were parts where there was really always loud music playing, in every scene. Not necessary. 9/10 for me, almost perfect and a pretty high rewatch value.
