He did explain but not completely from my point of view, as in he didn't mention what others might think/accuse them of just that it could be considered a bribe thats why she got upset, she thought he meant she was trying to bribe him, That's the way it seemed to me at least,and i do see and completely agree about her being a business woman but she has only just started so dosn't really have a clue so to speak.

The only thing he did wrong in that respect afaic is that he should of explained to her, if one of your competitors saw that they could accuse me off accepting gift's i.e. a bribe to give you the contract which would look bad for both of us, but he didn't.
Then her idiot mother going on about he returned the gift because it wasn't good enough get something better, something along those lines, seems like she is going to give the chairman that vase going by the preview for ep 11 even after he said don't do it again or i'll cancel the contract, which the mother would of heard, and she said the same thing to her mother.
So back to square one we go in any form of relationship between them, and will he cancel the contract??
