Her company doesn't mind if you leave after getting the MBA as long as A: you pay back the costs only or part there of if you carried on working at the company for a certain amount of time or, B: they have a work for us for a certain amount of time and you don't have to pay it back at all policy as well.
Oh and i don't live in SK and i think you'll find that it legal in US if an agreement has been signed saying you can't or else, but i might wrong (don't know much about employment law there).
