This is by far my favorite Korean historical dram I've ever seen i love the balance between the romance and the conspiracy. the political intrigue was interesting and it went in a lot of interesting directions. Eunwoo got to play a different character to what i usually see him doing. Glad to see him show a little bit of range . This is a show that could have been a very basic love story and that is what I was expecting but it took it's concept a different direction and elevated it's story to something truly special and I loved every second of it. None of the characters are basic they all have motivations and you can see why they do the things they do. I am so happy that i finally decided to to watch this show, I have wanted to for a while now however, due to all the hype I had very high expectations and I was worried that there was no way I show could meet these expectations so I put off watching the show for a while. However, I finally watched the show and I can say not only was I not disappointed but this show blow my expectations out of the water in every possible way. The story was amazing I was glued to seat and just could not stop watching.
While the show is a lengthy 50 episodes it never felt like any of it was fuller or like the story was dragging at any point. The show takes you on a journey with these characters and it really develops them very well over the long length of time the show is set over. Speaking of characters I absolutely feel in love with all these characters. It was that perfect combination of good consistent writing, perfect casting, and great acting that creating one of those shows that will be remembered and live on. Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo both really carry this show. Even though they had to get rid of the BL aspect of the story, they both still had a chemistry that really came through. Xiao Zhan really brings a lot of heart to this series and I dare anyone to not fall in love with him after watching this series. Wang Yibo really impressed me in this show. He is able portray so many emotions through the subtle changes while still maintaining his stoic expressions and not having many lines. The supporting cast is also absolutely incredible. This show also had some incredible villains. They stuck that right balance of evil and sad that made me want to stab them and give them a hug at the same time, especially Xue Yang. There are to many of them to talk about individually but really just know that there was no bad one in the bunch and I was extremely impressed with everyone.
The ost was beautiful and fit the show perfectly. The instrumental pieces really set a nice mood and always fit the action that was happening on screen. Also the main song from the ost is amazing I love it and have not stopped listening to it since i started watching this show.
Overall, this was just an absolute delight of a drama to watch an emotional roll coaster. With all that dramas that come out per year it's easy to watch them and then let go and never give them much thought again. The Untamed is different this is a show that leaves in impact that you remember it. You remember the world, the story, and the amazing characters and you want to revisit it. It's a show that leaves you wanted more and just wanting to go back and watch it over and over and over again.

This show continues to be a really sweet look at the life of high school teens, their relationships, and friendships. Personally, I think this season is is even better then the first. I enjoy the new characters that were added this season they brought a different dynamic they bring but the focus is still on the core cast. I like the direction Kim Hana's character went in and her relationship with Joo Ha was really sweet. I also really like that the show explores the options high schooler's have in there senior year and that not everyone needs to or even should go to college. There was much less Do Hana it seems like she was barely in this season but honestly with the story line they gave her I'm glad they kept it short. It just a really short sweet show an easy watch or rewatch.

I love this show. It became one of my favorite drama from the first moment i watched it and I believe I have re-watched it at least 3 or 4 times since then and I usually don't re watch things.

For a drama to be a 10 for me it isn't that it's perfect no media is perfect. It's how engrossed I was in the story that I didn't notice or care about the faults. And this show just had me from the get go. The story was extremely charming and the relationship of both the main leads and the side characters were well developed and made me really route for them.
The acting was great they got really amazing actors for all the characters.
This show has one of my favorite OST's of all time even if you have no interest in the show I would highly recommend the OST.

Let's start with the positives. While your watching the show it's enjoyable and I wouldn't saw that I regret watching it. Overall this show is just unremarkable, bland and forgettable in every way.

The story while interesting on the surface is really boring and does nothing new or interesting. While the plot isn't bad it's just been do much better in other shows.
The acting is probably the best part of this show. You can tell the actors are really trying trying and doing the best they can with the material but their is only so much you can do with what your given. They have all done better work in other shows so I just think it's the material.
The music is good for what it is. Nothing that really stands out or is really memorable but all the music fit well with the show.
Overall I would say that while your watching the show your gonna have a good time, it's probably not gonna become one of your favorites but it's OK. The main issue is after your finished with it absolutely nothing stands out or is memorable so remembering what happened is hard.

Even thought this show doesn't need any more reviews I feel like I need to express my feeling about it. Going into this show I didn't really have any expectations, all I wanted was a sweet show with a simple plot but that is not what I got.

So the plot for this isn't bad on paper. It's nothing new or inventive. what you read in the description is what you get. If you've been into drama's for any length of time you've probably seen a dozen shows with this same kind of plot.
The acting I would say is the high point int his series all the actors are doing there best embodying these characters well for good and for bad.
And this is where the problem comes in. The actors are doing a good job at embodying characters that I just could not stand. The two secondary band members were fine I kind of cared about them but they didn't have that much to do. The main couple I just could not stand. In the past I have liked these kind of characters, the jerk with a heart of gold who just need to open up and the naive girl who's gonna help him. Usually I'm on board for that kind of story but these two where just awful they had very little chemistry and I never believed that relationship not even for a second.
The music is fine but for a show that is focused on a band I was kind pf expecting better music.

tl;dr- The main couple is awful and it's a story that been done better in other shows go watch one of those and don't waste your time on this.

I was actually very excited to watch this show. Reading the descriptions and seeing how other had rated this show I was expecting an at least pretty decent show. That however is not what happened. Honestly, I thought about dropping this show about half way through, the only thing that kept me watching was the hope that the plot or the characters would get better as it went on but that did not happen.

This show starts very strong. Main male lead gets into an accident and meets a tribe where the female lead lives. This section of the story is actually very good. I like the dynamic of this couple and the story line is interesting. Where the show really takes a turn is when the leads go into the city and the real plot starts. There are two main issues with this shoe. The first is that the plot is convoluted and did not keep my attention . The second issue is the biggest problem with this show. I cannot stand this female lead. She is the stereotypical fish out of water, wild girl who has to learn to adapt to the big city and modern life and this is fine for a few episodes but after about 15 episodes of this it gets old. She is this childlike ultra naive girl who does not understand the basics of the world and must be protected at all costs. She is the type of character who's childlike and naive nature is seen as the right way to be and thus this character does not grow or change in anyway. She is perfect and it's everyone else around her that has to chance both to accommodate her and to fit more into her worldview . Now I've seen these kinds of character before and they haven't been as big an issue for me this issue with this FML is that she is just so annoying. While the other characters in the show aren't bad they don't have the charm or charisma to make us for this FML

This was one of the most fun shows that I have seen this year. The story is quite a basic episodic murder mystery show nothing really new is added to the genre but what it does do it does very well. I like to describe it as Sherlock meets Murder She Wrote meets Scooby Doo. What the story does really well is that while it is basic it has very little fuller (unlike many Chinese drama) and transitions well from case to case and the cases themselves are well paced and don't drag. The downside of this show for me was that the romance was a little forced and out of nowhere for me, I would have preferred if they kept this show focused more on the friendship of these characters. Also the female lead was a but annoying in my opinion but her character got better as the show went on. The acting was get Hu Ti Tian is a delight in this role and he really come alive as this character, he really is the highlight. Leon Zhang also does and amazing job. I was genuinely excited and had a lot of hope for this series. Two childhood best friends meeting again and falling in love, with the added flavor of farms and horses. This should be a perfect combination for at least an entertaining show. Where this show takes an absolute nose dive is with it's main lead, I can't stand this guy. The beginning of this show has a lot of promise and I was really enjoying it. Their cat and mouse game dynamic was enjoyable. However, then they made the main male lead bipolar about here personality. One minute he is pursuing the FL, the next he ignores her for his girlfriend, then he get jealous of the second ML, so jealous that he commits sexual violence to the FL one 2 separate occasions. He literally holds her down as she is crying and kisses her and it was at this moment that I was done with him no amount of apologies made these scenes ok for me. Other terrible things he does include, getting together with the FL then gas lighting her by telling her they are not actually dating and he can flirt with any other girl, plus he also cheats in her when they finally get together.
The couple is cute when they are together but the ML pulls so much BS in the middle that the rewatch value of the show is so low.

This series warmed my heart. A lot of BL is very slimier and falls into cliches and in a way kind of blur together. This one stood out for me. The characters and the acting were very well done, all the actors I found were well cast and fit their roles quite well. Ae and Pete had one of the most healthy and sweet relationships I have ever seen in a BL show. There story was simple and which I found really refreshing. The obstacles in there relationship weren't there big things that cause major issues but rather the every day issues that a couple like them would face, and they handle them well and like a realistic couple with good communication skills which is a something I would like to see more of in drama. The side couples in this show are also a highlight. Not to spoil but I am so excited for season 2 of this show and to see more of tincan's relationship. Overall, a really fun and cute show that I can see myself re-watching in the near future

I have never read the novel but I am a big fan of the Love O2O drama so going into this I wasn't really sure what to think about this movie. However, this was a really charming movie. Though I feel like I would have enjoyed it way more if I hadn't already seen the drama. It's just like a more rushed version of the drama, it's so short that a lot of important plot lines go by at a blink and you'll miss it pace. A movie format is just to short for this story especially if you have seen the drama. I just left me wanting more of this story, so f I were in the mood to watch this story I'll stick to the drama.

This was a really sweet show. Nothing about it was extraordinary but every aspect of it was sweet, charming, and made you feel for the characters and what to see what happened to them.
The story wasn't massively original or innovative but it wasn't badly written. Yes their were some parts of the story that could have been condensed down and some side stories that could have maybe been cut all together, I get they had to make 36 episode and none of the side plots were bad.
The actors did a really good jobs and all the character made sense and had motivations there was nothing in the story that stood out or was annoying. All the characters where charming in their own way. Unlike in many young love focused shows no one was a massive jerk who you hated every time they were on screen. All the actors had good chemistry especially the two main leads together, as well as the main male lead with his swim team friends they had a really good dynamic.
The music was good and fit with the scenes also the ending song got stuck in my head for a really long time.

The plot is not to complicated and the character motivations are very simple. The show sets itself us as this sweet small story about two people and there relationships and for what it is I found it to be very nice. The show doesn't set out to make big statements or to do anything big or different, but for what it is I had a really good time watching it. The story is good the actors do a very good job an have this really cute chemistry that just sucks you in.

Ok so objectively this show is not a 9. The story is a mess, the character, especially the side ones, change at the drop of a hat and much of the plot is rushed and fast passed. However, even knowing all this my heart won't let me rate this show lower. While i can see the flaws I still loved it and it takes a very special show to have so many flaws but it's good parts are so good that I do not care about these flaws.

While the story aspect of this show the actors and the characters that are in this world truly shine. I don't even want to go into how many plot treads are just dropped (being a novel) or just change without any rhyme or reason (blue and Dew's relationship) but the actors just portray these characters in such a way that I go along with all the bs that the story tries to throw in. Honestly, The only thing that was a true negative for me was how much more of the plot was dedicated to Tutor and Fighter compared to Zon and Saifah. While a lot of that is due to situations beyond the control of production I still think it could have maybe been more even since I feel like we don't see them of episodes on end. Other then that this show was lovely and I really enjoyed it.
