I found the ending of episode 13 was a bit unrealistic for me. The whole jury tampering, Mr Baek's forest scene and the ending. I don't even find the culprit convincing, though the child actor did an amazing job.
I'm pretty sure she realises the grandmother is capable of anything. It was implied in her conversation with the…
I get that, I just have not seen any power moves from her side. The way she took time to take care of the evidence her son left in that house, until it was almost too late. Her not preparing at least one of her sons if something were to happen to the crown prince. A lotta things I wont get in to. I mean her being a Queen and her husband with so many wives and kids and living in the palace, her life and her kids are at risk.
What I'm trying to say is her character is strong and smart. I kinda expected some power moves instead she's a great mother, who's also lucky, with no clear plan yet. That is what makes me worried. But its still early, I know.
Its quite a refreshing historical drama. The plague and LGBTQ+ elements, I'm excited to see where the story goes.
The Queen is doing a lot to protect her sons but I don't think she has acknowledged how evil the grandmother is. I hope she has a plan for what's yet to come.
Why is this listed as a comedy? I am still on the first episode but the only somewhat funny scene was perhaps…
it does has an element of comedy,. The way the Queens carries herself, and runs all over the palace looking for her mischievous sons. Her facial expressions are hilarious. The story is serious but they do add some element of comedy.
We all saw this coming, but to quite honest the writer should've chosen a different person to be the culprit. What makes him so scary? We will see with the upcoming episodes but its just convincing. The child actor did justice.
His physique is really smaller compared to the others and he out here killing people twice his size and dragging them out in the woods. He's still cute though :)
My guess is that its Charles because with Mr Specs it physically does not make sense. Or they are both in it together(they would make quite the duo).
I'm just confused as to the fact non of them actually had Detective SJ's back, I mean there are so many times where he could have actually died but no one had come to rescue him....
But there is still a chance that he has a split personality🤷‍♀️
i think Tae Yong's father also switched his life with Seung Chons fathers life. Because why is one so obsessed with money (its giving new money) and the other doesn't do anything besides write comics instead of taking care of his family (like a spoilt "rich kid")
