No look alike. Just another girl. I didn't read too closely but I guess when he found her corpse, iit had already decomposed so he couldn't tell. Actually, the story is so different from the drama. I find myself reading a few chapters now at the end.
In the book, she faked her death. I think it will be the same in the drama. It's too much of a good twist to not include in the drama. I am reading the last chapters of the book to see the relationship to the scenes in the trailer. Although I think the drama changed a lot. In the book, she was forced to marry the Qing Yan in a fake marriage.
The scene at the end of the trailer when he comes back from the battle and she runs to him - seems to be happy ending?
I haven't watched Cdrama for awhile because of lack of good stories/dramas since The Double. This just brought me back! I hope it will continue to be good! The acting is amazing so far! Chemistry too!
"Realistic leads" hmmm.. not really.. at least not HT, in reality a man like him is far different than this washed…
I agree that the novel is a more realistic ... C drama always make a man into something he's not because of female population watching it ... I like the man in the drama better ... more solid and real.
Can you guys tell me , about the pre-nuptial agreement letter that HT's grand father sent?
From the novel: "If the couple separates peacefully due to emotional breakdown after marriage, the woman can get half of the man's assets in Dongyang Medical. The woman's own assets will not be included in the equal distribution. In addition, Han Ting will pay Ji Xing alimony of xxx million × number of years of marriage × number of children each year. "If the man cheats on his wife, commits domestic violence, and the marriage breaks down, the woman can get half of the man's assets in Dongyang Group. The woman's own assets will not be included in the equal distribution. In addition, the man will pay the woman alimony of xxx million yuan per year × the number of years of marriage × the number of children. "If the woman cheats and the marriage breaks down, she will not be entitled to any of the man's assets; but she can keep her own assets. In addition, the man will pay her alimony of xxx million x the number of years of marriage x the number of children each year." To be honest, Ji Xing felt that Han Ting's parents were pretty nice and didn't bully her. Although Han Ting's assets were not as simple as they seemed.
This city (Qingdao) is in China BTW. It's a German city (in the old days).
Supposedly, a very beautiful place. I think they think that people don't care :-) But I am traveler so I always care about these things ... I actually use the hotel name to look up where they filmed the drama.
I dont know how this drama is an 8, it's at least an 8.5. That was so well done. Realistic conflicts that add…
If I have to give a rating on the bonus episode, it would have been a 10. I started out giving this drama a 9.5. But there were too many things that I disagreed with the script and felt disappointed. I wish they had begun the drama strong the way they ended it. Giving time to main leads instead of fillers in the beginning. The forgiveness card is from the novel ... so not a surprise to me ... however, the way they ended concisely, creatively, and filmed it so well ... impressed me!

This trailer looks ominous! Seems like he tries to commit suicide!

I think there's a hint at Happy Ending in this trailer.
