just bc u have experienced more than others do at a young adult age does not mean your mentality matches one of 10 years older. it’s not a generalization it’s a fact. there is something seriously wrong if there’s someone 10 years older than you pursuing u and thinking of marriage. and yes people did push those idealizations and beliefs onto the world that at 18 you are an adult to make such decisions but that doesn’t mean they were correct. u have your opinion and i have mine. there’s no need to be rude

that’s nice your parents found love. but even the older generations getting together at those ages was not right either. such an age gap at that age is considered statutory rape or pedophilia no matter how it’s looked at. a 30 yr old choosing to date a 40 year old is different bc that’s an adult age to make such a decision. but a 15 year old dating at 25 year old makes no sense when the mindset of a 15 year old is nowhere close to the mindset of someone at the age of 25.
