Pretty good but not amazing. The first two episodes were a little tough to get through because the ML and FL meet once with little interaction (at least onscreen) and suddenly they're connected online and then they meet again... felt like something was missing. It gets better after episode 2. The main leads were very natural with each other and had good chemistry. The drama requires paying attention to appreciate it. Honestly, I think I finished it because it was only 14 episodes. That's a good thing because you don't have to deal with uninteresting side stories that are really there to fill space.

enjoying this so far. I enjoy the fake marriage trope but it's refreshing when the main leads start out genuinely caring about each other.

If you don't like slice of life dramas then you might struggle through this. Most people who didn't like this complained about how slow/boring it is but I found it to be pretty engaging. It is a good quality drama about a woman who learns to choose herself and what she wants. I mostly watch Japanese slice of life dramas which are way shorter so I found 40 episodes a little long for me. Toward the end I started to ffw one of the side character's story. I still enjoyed this and have rewatched some parts of it.

Right? The complexity of the ML and FL's character is subtle but I like that they both have issues and there's nothing outstanding about each of them.

Finally getting around to starting this and ML seems kinda unbearable. Why does he act butt hurt all the time? His past with FL really fcked him up. Lol. Don't worry, I don't hate him. I'm only 5 episodes in so I trust he'll heal and grow.

I was disappointed in the last episode. It ended in typical lakorn fashion for mystery/investigative genres where the main leads did not use their skills to figure things out but they just happen upon it... making it a reveal where the villain has to explain some of it to them. I wished there was one final investigation into figuring out the mole (though it was obvious already who it was) because the show is about their partnership and her growth as a detective.

I liked that this drama didn't have any unnecessary side stories or wasted scenes. It moved quickly and was not draggy at all. The supporting cast got enough screen time but not so much that you had to fast-forward. I enjoyed the main leads and Vita was not stressful for me as she was to other viewers. I had issues with Ming's character. She could have been written better. There could also be more scenes between the team and their relationship as colleagues. Sen was a great character and I liked that he was almost an annoying and frustrating character but it never actually gets to that point.. at least for me.

they were cute and would totally watch the two main leads if they're paired up in another drama together.

omg, something shady happens every day on these farms lol. Decent lakorn to watch if you have nothing else to watch. Nothing new. I was actually frustrated with the ML half the time. He could have defended her more whenever people slandered her and maybe tried harder to figure out a solution to their problem instead of just being so angsty.

still waiting for ep 7 eng subs. might be losing interest with all the waiting. 😞

Rewatching this and Zhan Shi Qi was so freaking badass.

The kids were adorable and I wished they had more screen time. Overall it was enjoyable and easy to watch. President Tong quickly became one of my favorite characters. My biggest issue was Qin Tian's background. It felt unrealistic to me how he came to be who he is (working for KL) ... which wasn't explained.

Was really excited when Chen Xing Xu was listed as ML here even if it wasn't confirmed but totally down with Fan Zhi Xin too. I think he'll be a good fit for the role. Also hope they will treat the FL better in this version than the original. I felt like she deserved better.

all i'm asking for is 3 min of content showing how they met and maybe how he was drawn to her. haha. i don't need any other unnecessary scenes either.

Watched up to ep 19... and I wished there was some backstory on how Tian Yao fell for Suying because they don't make sense to me... I think that's where I feel disconnected from the story and Tian Yao's current feelings and fears around love.

I told myself to wait until more episodes were released to start but ugh I gotta wait for episode four now.

I want to watch this but I struggle to watch gore. How is this?
