But the reason FTY brought up the confession letters was to let Madam Yu know that there wont be any compromise and for her to realize who was the actual mastermind behind it and YJX brought it up is because he knows its better to come clean now than to get caught later. Its more to let them know why this all started in the first place.

i think she probably did think about ZL in a romantic way seeing how he is with FTY , even during the scene where he helps her into the carriage Miss Wu though FTY was able to get ZL just because she had the 3 merits and nothing else but she doesnt know their past.

I think she tries to go with the romantic way but realizies thats not gonna happen and i hope our boss lady FTY puts her in her place.

Honestly i couldnt care less if they become friends or help each other . Anyone who comes inbetter FTY and ZL arent welcome.

This has much better plot and the pacing is good with no real fillers to nonsense scenes

i dropped royal betrothal so hard . the FL's acting is so stiff sometimes. This show has a WAY better plot imo

lol i feel you , i skipped so much am finishing each episode in like 10min . The story was interesting in the beginning but its becoming boring now.
