I started reading it about 6 months ago but dropped it. Ye li was too perfect so I have no clue how everything goes afterwards. It was just grating because it felt like they change too much at the beginning. But once I fro the idea of a book adaptation the show is fun.

It feels different. Because he’s colder than the one in the book. Also in the novel, it’s the guy who married his sister who asked the emperor to cancel his marriage to ye li. He tries to kill her a few times. And mo is always there to help her if she needs it but she’s very resourceful. But they have a very harmonious relationship so it’s kinda the same without being the same.

If I have a legal way, I’d rather not use other sources. I’m happy this is available on Viki. I don’t mind waiting a day or two more. As far as I know k has no issues with getting express episodes. It will eventually be uploaded there.
