There are a few options, son of the secretary, son of the female lead’s father, son of the grandfather. Though the latter seems a bit far fetched considering what the grandfather ask the secretary about the kid. It’s weird though that eun nam also doesn’t remember him if she was also in the car during the accident.

The main lead and female lead are madly in love with each other. She dumps him because her grandfather promised daesanshares if she married someone else.
She thought she could forget him but can’t. It’s a side plot though. The main plot is about the slush fund that he is the only one that has access to and the fight to put their hands on Daesan.
