the cinematography and music for the scene where they first met was amazing

also the music is already subbed in small font in the corner for some of the songs so idk why they feel the need to repeat it in the main subtitles as well?

the fact he lied to his wife about his new business feels off to me, it seems to show a lack of trust and mutual respect even if it wasn't done with bad intentions

i totally agree, this was one of my biggest issues in the show regardless of whether he liked her back it was weird and unecessary

i agree the plot is really unique, more so just the tropes make me think if you like one you might enjoy the other

also the leads meet in a video game in everyone loves me and in the murder mystery game in love between lines, personally i love the dual storyline trope

i think the realism in the vr/game segments across both of them reminded me of each other, along with the office relationship between the leads and the roommate/neighbours situations! just my mind maybe

this drama is giving the same vibes as Everyone Loves Me in a good way

on the website i was watching the music subs keep overriding the dialogue so i missed most of it too

this movie deserves more fans the story was so good and heartbreaking

honestly I feel like after this episode Jae Hui is irredeemable, before you could kind of see where he was coming from but every single scene is just him taking out his anger on people who don't deserve it, blaming Ra Ik for everything and purposely escalating situations

one plot point i was surprised wasn't more fleshed out was the story of the watermelon guy and his family, it seemed like there was more to the story? what with his son saying the hit and run victim was his classmate, and why he was imprisoned for murder not manslaughter if it was an accident (i might just not understand the legal context though). A suspicion I had was that the bombers were the parents of the boy who was killed, so they wanted to get revenge on his murderer? not an issue i had with the plot at all, but i was so convinced this was the case 😭

This was so good I finished it under 24 hours if anyone knows any other sci-fi cdramas with execution this good please let me know 🙏

are you looking for time loop plots specifically? If not I would recommend Derailment, which is a sci fi cdrama although with a different style of plot

what are you talking about? Just because the story is set in a patriarchal society, it doesn't mean that women weren't outspoken. The story was intended to highlight her story as someone who deviated from the societal standards set for her.

i love the dad in Go Ahead, the character is such a breath of fresh air in comparison to most cdrama parents! And for everyone who loves the strong friendship trope pleaseee watch A River Runs Through It
