I would've definetely enjoyed this version more had I not watched Ke Chun's version first. Overal, this was a good version but I didn't care for fl as much as I did in Ke Chun's version. I think Zhai Yi Ying portrayed Jiang Wan Zhi's character so well compared to this fl here. Their chemistry was really good tho compared to the plot that was a bit all over the place. I feel like they added different parts of the different versions in this one which made this a bit unserious. But I did enjoy it so I rated this an 8.

I've only watched 4 versions out of the dozen versions of this drama but so far, this is my favorite one. Ke Chun portrayed Ximen Lichen's character so well. I enjoyed him so much and Zhai Yi Ying is definitely my favorite version of Jiang Wanzhi. This pairing was perfect. I also feel that this version of the story made sense from start to finish (except the bombing of the hospital just to kill two people). I enjoyed every bit of this drama. The acting was splendid and the chemistry was fire!

I only watched 1 version but tbh I did not think it was outstanding enough to watch another version.

There's definitely a part of this drama missing. I am currently reading the novel so I know that ending is not the ending. Nevertheless, this one was really enjoyable. This pairing was really good. I liked their chemistry. Chen Si was extra fine in this drama. I could not keep my eyes off him. Just his introduction scene, like he didn't even speak but he took my breathe away. He got all my attention.

So excited to see them reunite!

Oooh I have watched another version of that drama. I see what you mean. The acting is sometimes too obvious but I don't really mind that in short dramas.

Very enjoyable. This might be my favorite performance of Meng Na as I'm not a huge fan of her dramas. Or I might just be Chen Si biased and automatically approve of all the fl he plays along side with hihi

I really liked him in My Girl too. He's the reason why I finished that drama cause I didn't really like it but him and the girl had the most amazing chemistry. It seems as if we don't have the same taste in dramas 🤭 Did you like this drama with zuo yi and ma xiao yu?

Did you finish My Lethal Man or did you end up dropping it? I personally liked it a lot and became one of my fav dramas. I also started watching Present is Present but I only watched 4 episodes so far.

I actually think it's a good ending. I was not rooting for that couple's happy ending. Lin Xiao was a great disappointment. She's not a girls' girl. He Yan was the best character in this drama and although she was rough with Lin Xiao, she was 100% right. Ke Chun acted down in here. Such great acting I really wanted to punch him in the face. The drama was entertaining though nervewracking at times. The time flew by but I gave it a 7 cause my girl He Yan only got partial justice.

I really liked the married couple dynamic they had. It felt genuine. The ending was all over the place but it was a happy ending so I could live with that. Their chemistry was on point and the story was a nice watch.

Ml is so whipped for fl it makes me feel things as if I was in the relationship with them. I want this for myself. Great drama.

"I was born to be your servant" was such a memorable line. I can't move on from that. This was gooood.

I really love ml's love for fl in this one. He's so down bad for her I enjoyed it a lot. The story was pretty nice and I liked how she was pursuing her husband. Her redemption arc was a worthy one.

The first thing I did after waking up was finishing it and I was not disappointed , although the ending could've been better🤭
