The fact that it reached 10k heat index in third week running shows that people liked this drama, got invested in its plot after it started. Unlike other dramas where the views comes in the first few week solely based on the popularity of the cast.
This one has attracted a lot of audience due to its cgi, pace of story focussed on leads, no evil scheming girl and quality of presentation. I don't think even iQiyi was promoting this drama way too much like they are promoting right now after they are getting the desired results

I think most of the people just wanted to fill the void of a good drama and encountered this and are now drooling over DFQC and the chemistry between the leads.

If it has received 10k heat index,the comments in the page should be pushed to 10k for the celebration 🥳

This one is great. But you might not have to wait that long for great xianxia since till the end of moon will be released in next year. Just promoting my most anticipated drama 🤭🤭🤭

Ending is patriotic can be called bitter sweet. Romance is never the main focus of story but there is a bond between them.

Initially i thought how could they fit in most of the events in 40 episodes only. Right now i am really happy they chose to do so because love between fairy and devil has brilliantly proved that shorter episodes can enhance its quality and presentation.
It is actually better since the story will mainly be focused on main leads and not way too many supporting characters which doesn't contribute too much to the original story.

And there is me who couldn't like flying people in a bad cgi. Here I am awestruck with the quality and presentation and marketing.
