Yes the chemistry is really good. And their romance has quite a nice and logical development. (They don’t just fall in love because they fell onto each other a couple of times). The focus is mainly on romance for most episodes, although there is still political aspects to the show.

Framing using food dish does seem like lazy writing but at least the choice of food used to frame him was pretty good and ties in very well with history
