Yes. The same writer wrote a book called As Beautiful As Beijing and there is drama coming out called As Beautiful and You that is based on the book. I read that the ML goes on a blind date and even though the name is not mentioned, it is Xu Qin. The best friend that owns the bar in this drama is in the new drama as well. The ML is Xu Kai. I am not too keen on the FL as I don't like her in romance scenes. She doesn't give the right vibe to me but that is just me.

That is for sure!!! Try Lighter & Princess. It left me feeling as if I could not more on also. But be prepared for a tough episode. The good thing is there is a time jump or 3 years that is within the same episode so it does not stretch out.

Xu Kai has two or three more that should be coming out end of the year or next year I think. I am with you about him being with Zhao Lusi

I have been looking for Xu Kai to be in another drama with the right actress. He is going to be in As Beautiful As You but I cannot say I am thrilled with the FL. I would love to see him with Zhao Lusi.

I have already rewatched many times and trying to keep away so I can have a nice rewatch later.

It depends on what it is in Hidden Love you are looking for. It is quite unique and what makes it so sweet and addictive is the chemistry between the two main leads. Even BTS is adorable. Hidden Love leaves you feeling as if you cannot move on. I got that same feeling watching Lighter & Princess but it has more drama going on. I love Lighter & Princess and cannot find another like it just like Hidden Love.

When I Fly Towards you came out at around the same time and is based on a book written by the same author as HL. It is also sweet but to me it does not have what I found in HL. I found myself bored in parts with the secondary couple and even fast forward. With HL I was total into the chemistry between the leads. You can choose to watch a light sweet show such as WIFTY, or you can watch Lighter & Princess which is not as light but oh soooo good. Give it a try.

Yes. Stick with it. I read the book so I knew he has always been working towards having her in his life. He knows her so well and accepts her for who she is. He just wants her to make the choice. You will see his surprise for her toward the end.

I read the book while I was watching and it does seem to follow the book closely.

I am hoping we will see his story. Now that he is position at the head of the family's company they might give him a CEO romance drama!

The death was heartbreaking and I would have liked a more satisfying ending in terms of an event I did not get to see. However, I loved the couple and there are some sweet scenes coming up so stick with it.

Yes. It takes some patience. Can you imagine when some of us had to wait for the next episodes to be released? I wish I had waited and I do plan to rewatch so I can do so without interruptions. Apart from some filler episodes, I really loved this show.

Being a mini drama, there is not a lot of details about anything. These tend to go from one scene to another.

I saw a comment at the bottom of this article saying the same about Yu Zheng. I joined mydramalist just to see what was coming out and found out there is a world I never knew about! There is even a term for all this. It is unreal. The first I heard about anti fans was when I was watching Hidden Love and then FOMH right after. Zhao Lu Si's car was attacked recently. I thought these things only happen in the dramas.

As for Xu Kai, I absolutely love him. I have not watched all his shows and probably will never watch She and Her Perfect Husband. I don't know why any one would not want to see him with their favorite FL, so I don't get the negativity toward him. He is a natural actor and so handsome!

Road Home is on my rewatch list. I don't remember too much other than really liking Jing Boran in this. But I do remember thinking Jing Boran was really good with kiss scenes. and it was more on his part why they were much more than the usual fake kisses we usually see. That was the impression I got anyways.

I loved Bai Lu and Allen Ren.

I loved You Are My Fireworks and read the book while I was waiting for the release of new episodes. Wang Chu Ran has become one of my favorite actresses. She is always so beautiful and well dressed in her shows and so far she has had great chemistry with her co stars. I have been waiting for another Xu Kai show, Well let's hope for the best.
