Why will they talk, its only the bad things they know how to yap about, even when he dosen't talk in some of he's…
I just want to cry thinking about him 😠But there were some funny scenes. I didn't feel OG was depressing at all. No way with Cherry's personality. Her personality was like the sun , bright and bubbly, and JQX needed her.
Why is nobody talking about Zhang Ling He's outstanding performance as Jiang Qiaoxi?
He has this talent for portraying emotions just by his expressions. He doesn't even have to say anything. With Jang Qiaoxi, I saw a suppressed child who finds hope in his friendship with Ying Tao, forced to leave and stop communication, happy to see her in high school, delighted to see her as a cheerleader (that silly smile on his face..how did he do that? 😂, his pain in leaving her and his plea "Don't forget me", his loneliness in Hong Kong, his refusal to acknowledge that he was worthy, and finally his realization that he could not live without Ying Tao. And so many more expressions in between. Outstanding! Well, outstanding for me because I felt all his emotions. I felt his suffering and his happiness and I am so happy he had Cherry in his life. She is one of the best female leads I have seen. But that I have already stated below.
The drama script was never up to 40 eps even with any deleted scenes max 30 I don't understand why so many people…
I am so confused. First it said 40 then it was changed to 24 and some said it was never supposed to be 40 . And now some keep saying it was butchered. I would have loved it to be at least 30. There was so much to be explored but at least they gave us several happy episodes. I dislike the dramas that give us only 5 mins of happiness before the end
I think they don't take into consideration her personality that isn't afraid to face anything. She wants answers.…
It is frustrating when the drama drags it out before it allows the characters to explain. But that is drama. But maybe Qiaoxi was afraid of what his mother would do if he acknowledged her.
So many people forgot or ignored the fact that for many days yingtao was not willing to talk to Jiang Qiaoxi for…
I think they don't take into consideration her personality that isn't afraid to face anything. She wants answers. But the time he said he didn't know upset her so much she said he would just be a stranger to her. And it was Qiaoxi who went after her to change her mind. I know some felt mad at Qiaoxi for saying he didn't know her, but I saw the smile when he realized she was there. He didn't want her to bothered by the students if they knew she was the one who wrote the letters so he said he didn't know her. That was my impression anyway.
Second comment is funny. That's pure feminist take. The romanticization of the self-sacrificial heroine must stop…
Well said! I didn't make the link with the FL in L&P before you mentioned. I loved Ying Tao's resilience. I think both the child actress and Jin Mai were outstanding in depicting a strong FL who was also caring and sweet. Ying Tao will always be a favorite FL for me.
i just finished it and i loved it lolpeople saying that the fl doesn't have a backbone have their reasons, but…
I loved Ying Tao! She was a wonderful mix of bubbly yet tough. I know some didn't like Jian Qiao Xi but I felt so sorry for him for the way his mother treated him. It was abusive. And it took Ying Tao to finally make him fully realize he is worth loving whether he is perfect or not.
Honestly if you forget that it's an adaptation of a novel, the drama's pacing was actually really good. They even…
I didn't understand the accusations that ZLH's scenes were deleted. They made it sound as if it was deliberate. He is a top actor and so popular. He is outstanding. If any of his scenes were deleted, it had to be for a reason and the ones that were shared seemed to make sense seeing what they did with the HK arc. I am puzzled why it as become such an uproar.
Thank God i ignored all the negative comments here and gave a chance to this drama . Really enjoyed it.
I loved watching OG. I can understand that not everything will sit well with all of us but the attack on OG has been unbelievable. Glad you enjoyed it!
Not perfect, but love it anyway. Love's Ambition should be next.
There was a time Shine on Me was rumored to be in July. But I can wait for it a bit. I need some space between OG and SOM 😂 I just saw something on Facebook about Love's Ambition coming to Netflix. I hope it is true.

I think so. I found the wall of of memories most effective. There has been such an uproar about ZLH's deleted scenes that I finally looked a the three screenshopt posted here and I didn't see anything significant. After the HK arc, it seems to me the director wanted a sense of mystery and preferred to reveal those details later.
no wonder i was unable to send more flowers because the ads aren't showing for me so it wasn't a technical issue…
I thought it was just me. This happened on Saturday I think. I thought maybe I wasn't paying to attention to what I started with because it felt as if I only watched a few before it stopped.
