I think a special episode would be good. It could show them traveling together. After they set out together, they came across a doctor with a cure. After all, the poison was fictional so why not have a fictional cure? Then they could include some cute kids in the picture.

The pacing was just right. Each episode added something new in Duanwu's growth and in her relationship with YZJ. I watched closely because there were subtle expressions that helped build up the relationship and I would say YZJ fell first. There was never any real hatred with the misunderstanding. As Duanwu said, she never hated YZJ. Deep down she knew there was an explanation. She could always keep up with YZJ. I can't even think of the last scene they were together without wanting to cry. Finally, they faced truth together. They wanted more time together so badly. I can love this drama but not like the outcome of their relationship. Sadly. The next time I rewatch, I will stop at the dancing kiss scene.

I like to think the ML was able to extend his life using the flower when it next blooms or by both the leads reaching a higher level with their combined energies.

She is certainly a versatile actress and always a pleasure to watch.

I watched this because I love strong FL skilled in martial arts. I ended up adding Liu Yuning to my list of fav actors. I loved so much about AJTL but did not watch the last 5 episodes.

I kept hoping they would find the antibody.

You would think they know by now that people don't want to see someone they came to love die. What makes me mad is when they take a happy book ending and change it for the drama to something that fullfills their creative needs.

It wasn't necessary for YZJ to die. I don't know if they think Duanwu needed to be alone to support this woman empowerment theme. It is not as if she didn't get help along they way.
At the start YZJ was tough on Duanwu. But I am a forgiving viewer 😂 I loved the chemistry between them. I can't help the feels. Did you finish watching this?

I loved the second half of Are You the One. I rewatched ep 39 several times. It was so much fun to watch. I find Wang Chu Ran natural. I love watching her. She has her own style.

I felt the pacing was good also. I was about to lose patience around ep 28 but then she found out about the misunderstanding. Finally!
