The main couple had great chemistry and strong performances, but I found the story poorly structured. They realized…
Glad to see you loved PeiRong! You know if you rewatch it, you pick up on more details you missed the first time. I find that to be true for dramas that have depth. PWX has a side to him that is not emphasized but is evident. He is a stategist. Did you notice the way he went to take power from his uncle so he could command the Pei family's army. In ep 39, he strategized to capture the families of the officers or whoever those men were who had arrows pointed at him as he marched up the palace stairs. They had to order their men to lower those arrows once they found out their wives and children were in PWX's custody. I loved that scene! PWX is the voice of reason when LR was so upset about the truth behind her death. He supported her, but he made her rethink.
I love Mai Mai. She has great chemistry with her costars. And I loved Zhang Ling He so much more after watching him in TPR. Add Our Generation to your watchlist and we will see you there next year.
Some of the stuff I've seen about LYN is so wild... I mean, if anyone thinks Liu Yu Ning isn't handsome, Chinese…
I watched him in AJTL and he became more and more attractive as I watched the drama. Actually, the minute he turned around and smiled, I was captivated.

The Story of Pearl Girl and Love Has Fireworks. The titles of some of these might be different from what I have on my watchlist as I don't recognize them. I don't remember what Your Lies Are Beautiful is about. Will have to check but it is on my list.
It is really good and I loved all the main characters and and brotherhood. But it has an "open" ending that doesn't seem convincing to me so I stopped at ep 35 after taking a quick look at the final scene.
