I finished ep 1 and thought to scroll to the first day since release and it took me so long to get here!

I am scrolling through to get to the page with ep 1 but from your comment this is about ep 15. LOL! There were so many comments about a hater on here that I didn't stop to read and so much going on in the drama itself

I got distracted with something for the first half of ep 1. I just started over because I have no clue what just happened. Are you saying nothing much in ep 1 and 2?

I am on the first episode. I don't supposed there is a quick way to get to the page with the first day discussion.

Okay. LOL! Usually I see people just eager for it to come out. But in here I have seen comments that people don't want ABAY to come out too early so that Seven doesn't have a dry spell.

I saw ZLS in Who Rules the World. I liked that drama even if there were some sad parts. I liked the FL as she was strong. But I didn't follow her or any actors and actresses at the time. I just wanted to read the synopsis and some reviews on mydramalist, and I wasn't into the personal lives of actors etc. I know she was already a known actress and I liked her in WRTW. Anyways, HL had me smiling most of the time and loved it all. Also loved Song Yan and his chemistry with his sister in HL. I really feel the success of HL was because of the drama itself. But if you are talking about the way Lu Si stepped in after the original director dropped HL, then that is a different story. In that respect, she did help get it all together and got her friends to help out. But for the drama itself, the whole vibe of HL , the visuals, the everything made is a favorite of many.

I am sure BJT will make it good on his part. He is an amazing actor. I have seen the FL in one drama and couldn't get into the other I tried watching My Boss but couldn't continue after a few episodes. . I can never feel the couple chemistry with her. It is what it is.

Same! They should we deserve some comfort after what they put us through. But listen to the words in the last episode because they wrap up the drama quite nicely.

Also Mo Li said some things that shows how she regretted her part in their problems. If only the drama had some good times for the couple but they just piled it up with problems. I thought we were going to see some couple's chemistry. What was that first episode about? It was so hot! Then someone poured cold water all over them.

I watched AASOL 10 times and had to make myself stop by rewatching one of my top dramas, Lighter and Princess.

Yes. You should. It will make you feel better. I especially liked with the FL's mother went to get the ML's mother to come home. It was sweet.

LOL! This page is full of comments about the optimum timing for ABAY or comments wanting this to be the best Xu Kai drama or some who want this drama to air at a later date so as not to have a dry Seven spell this year. I have never seen a page discuss the best time for a drama's release as much as this page😂

I felt bad for him too. It was too much. After the scandal with the single mother, they should have reconciled and faced problems together till the end.

The dialogue is meaningful though. You should try watching the last 2 episodes. I think they stretched out the separation too long. But the words at the end is meaningful. ML said he missed those simple days

It does. And I see the message. But it was tough and I feel after that hot hotel bedroom scene in ep 1 they should have shown more sweet scenes but it was one conflict on top of another. But still a good drama with a nice ending.

After watching the last 2 episodes with subtitles, I believe the message is that there is good in everyone so much so that people came to offer kind words for the father. We saw that he was good to Ke. Sometimes people don't show what is in their heart and they allow their prides to take over. This is the case of the father. I am not justifying his obnoxious actions. I am just saying there was good in him. But his pride was his downfall.

Well, I am done. After watching the last two episodes with subtitles this time, I feel this drama's strength is it's final message. I love that the family came together at the end. The message that ordinary people must live their lives the best they can making a living honestly and supporting each other as family is a valuable one. At first I was disappointed not to see enough of the romance but now I feel there is something here more than just sweet romance. It is more about the struggles and challenges marriages and families face. I am leaving my rating at 8.5. I would raise it but I am still frustrated with the conflicts piled up on top of another and still feel we needed more relief in between. However, the ML's undying devotion to his wife made me love him.

😂 I just finished Simple Days. I don’t need more frustration but will certainly watch In Blossom!

I am about to start this and good to know I can depend on your previews with English subtitles. But am I going to get frustrated here? LOL! Just going by your comment!
