He was perfect! I was so mad at what was done to this beautiful man.

I watched it a while ago before registering on MDS. I just realized I did not rate it. This is a 10 for me even though it left me gutted. I was so invested and the ML is one of the most charismatic characters ever! I watched this after watching Forever and Ever and even knowing how it ended, I was still devastated and had to rewatch Forever and Ever right away. Amazing drama!

In One and Only the leads did not get together. The ML was one of the most charismatic characters I have ever seen. His tragic end left me gutted. There is more romance in Sword and Fairy than in One and Only.
After the two episodes that were released after that first 3 day break I decided to put it on hold until more episodes were released. I watched a few more episodes and stopped at 30. I have watched all different dramas and felt invested throughout, but with S&F I wanted to rush to the ending to get it over with. It is just the way I felt.
I have watched all genres not all romance-focused and still felt invested till the end. Therefore to say I lost interest because this has a sad ending or it was not romance-focused would not be correct.

When S&F came out there were some ratings of 1. I was one of the people objecting and reporting these people along side some of the more vocal Xu Kai fans here. But recently I noticed a couple of the biggest Xu Kai fans here went into Amidst A Snowstorm of Love and gave it ratings of 1 in their dropped watchlist then they wrote negative reviews and gave it ratings of 2 to 3. How hypocritical is that? By the way, it seems you can rate a drama twice if you write a review.

However you want to look at it. I am just explaining why some would call it slow burn.

I have watched tragic dramas. Nothing is more tragic than One and Only and yet it was so beautiful. Maybe it is as some say. The first 3 day break might have been the reason I lost interest especially when the first two episodes after the break did not make me want to continue.

Oh yes! And I also shared your L&P video with a friend here and she is going to start watching L&P soon. I am also going to rewatch L&P soon. I missed them when I watched your video last night again.

I loved Lusi in Who Rules the World because she was one tough martial artist and I loved the way she and the ML bantered with each other but also looked out for each other. The politics was a bit much at times but that was my first Lusi drama and I liked her since then.

The way the many "somethings" became "anything else?" was a great play on words. And yet people say this drama has no plot.

I am with you! In fact when I saw WIFTY's rating I was shocked but this just goes to show people react differently. The main couple did have a sweet relationship but I was bored with the rest and I didn't feel the FL showed any character growth she went to college. I love the way she grabbed Ran Ran's arm and pretended her leg hurt when the other girl was trying that trick to get him to give her attention. That was cute.

I think several of the OST has that same calming tone. There is post about with the list and lyrics by Peachey Blossom.

Oh I can relate to the tea! My mother believe cha is good for you. I remember getting some tea before bed! And she even influenced my children with drinking tea. I just love the smell of coffee.

I understand when things do not feel right for us. I have one actress I cannot watch in romance/intimate scenes but yet she has a strong fan base.

The more I watch is the more I find. I am convinced whenever they say "something" it is a code word. But in the final episode they put a twist on it when she asked him "anything" else? They even made a joke out of ''something" when Yin Guo told LYY she want him to show her "something." LOL!

Well, at first I just thought he wanted to meet up. This is what I found when I searched for coffee in Finland. Coffee is an Important Part of Finnish Celebrations:
