Everytime I am rewatching this, I always amazed by how natural their actings are. Those eye glances, those smiles, those shy gestures all look so natural! Either they are a thing or they both are really good and talented actors. I guess it’s the second though.
This drama still makes me feel like giving a 10/10 score in mdl is not enough. Everytime i give other dramas a 10/10 after wlgyt ended, i felt like they dont deserve the same score with wlygt. But again, those dramas also got me hooked and enjoyable😩 the guilty feeling is real
during the last arc i was so confused about You Yan. how the hell she can kill kids to absorb their power and make floods and other things but cant forge a human seal? lol thank god the seal is the ml himself
and throughout the demon and mortal arc, i was so suspicious of ruling. i thought she will have some roles to help the villain
I agree with you. I found him to be quite okay and not too scheming. There are many worse than him tbh
hahaa yes possibly for me the standard is shen yu rong lol he is the epitome of villain sml compared to shen yu rong, chu zhao is probably on beginner level
some plot holes: - how xiao jue cant recognize his colleague posture or voice - how the fl survived after serious injury and even recover her voice
but, ignoring those plot holes, I actually enjoy this. the fighting scenes were great and zhou ye did well with her martial arts story wise it is enjoyable, i didnt feel bored at all
