I've been following all the rating boards on weibo and this drama has done very well across all boards. As a 'comfort watch' it has managed to engage the audience and retain significant viewership all the while it was airing. Thankfully, the producers and directors take into account domestic success and popularity and not international rating so I hope MW continues to grab good opportunities in the future which he so deserves. Still somewhere I have a lingering hope that this drama rating will pick up on MDL too π

As a long term fan of Miles Wei, I have seen this pattern of rating in most dramas where he is the ML It stops just before 8. You AreMySecret was an exception as public rating outdid the MDL admins. It just shows how biased MDL is towards actors who are not their faves or who are not traffic. Makes me wonder if it's all "fixed". Atleast from now on I hope people will rate it conscientiously!
