I am sorry but I have to ask, where in the world is peeing on someone acceptable. Unless you are into that kind of freaky thing and have mutually agreed with with your partner into doing that, I don't think any likes getting peed on.
Moreover, on the issue of bullying, I agree with you that we may have bullied someone unintentionally or intentionally (kids can be brutal and peer pressure can easily get to them) but there are some lines we should never cross and there is no coming back from once you have crossed.
On the other hand, I also believe everyone deserves a second chance but whether he gets a second chance is not up to us but it's with the people who were bullied by him. If they can find in their heart to fully forgive him for his past sins ( and I mean sins, not mistakes) and they think he has now changed for the better, then only may he get a second chance.
You can give it a fancy name or make many different excuses but to me, dropping is just giving up. If I start watching, I have to finish it, no matter how the bad it is. That is why I am very picky on which dramas to watch. You can say I don't drop dramas because i don't pick them up at all. Also, watching something to its completion is a major satisfaction.
