I think that
1) Doctor sung yoo han is either the psychopaths son or his wifes son from the other marriage
2) When in the end of ep 2 the kid says my mom said there is another monster child it can be possible that the psychopaths wife had twins and so one son is lee seong gi while the other son is doctor sung yoo han so it maybe that one brother is good while the other is a killer or they may both be innocent
