So the lessons learned from this movie:
1. If your daughter is sick - don't leave her alone with some monks.
2. Do not play with stones and animals.
3. Don't walk on ice and if you do look out for holes.

BIBI was very sexy, so +2 points for that. And I liked the intro.
Other than that it was just ok, especially the second half - but that's just my opinion.

I liked the way some of the scenes were shot and the colours of costumes.
The story was less important for me.

Watching this movie felt like a visit in a nice garden.

I guess this movie is most teachers' wet dream. Especially in societies/situations where teachers cannot do much against improper behaviour (my guess is that in every society situations like that happen from time to time but maybe I'm too much of a sceptic).

Anyway this movie wasn't much fun to watch. I've watched it only because of Shin Hye Sun, but I've expected something better.

Only in this version her brother (beginning of the movie) is not a total idiot.
In both Korean and Chinese versions her brother kills himself and makes his sister blind.

There are some more changes to the story but I liked this one the most.

I think it was very in character. She's stubborn and when she gets something in her head she won't stop. We saw…
What I mean is that up until episode 8 she was portrayed as strong, confident and competitive character.
Then out of nowhere she lost faith in herself. That was the inconsistency I was talking about.
That was so strange, because up to this point everything went well for her. Yes, she made some mistakes but she overcame them and learned from them and became even stronger. So sudden loss of self-confidence was really strange for me.

Title Blind Spoiler
its weird how so many people are crying about a dog dying in the movie where two girls were shown murdered
It's because this is one of the 2 messages that this movie is about:
1. If you mess with people while they are driving you're f!@king stupid and you deserve to die.
2. Let people die, but respect the dog.

To all the ladies out there:
If some night you meet a stranger that tells you a lot of things about yourself and says that he just wants to say "goodbye" ...
RUN AWAY! YOUR LIFE IS IN DANGER!

I don't think that was the intended message of this movie, but as a humble man I guess my message is more valuable than this movie's 😁

I get the intentions behind this movie but I'm not convinced.

I've just had an impression that all these people treated this girl as some kind of a show. Running a marathon in her condition was bad for her health. Let's assume she would've completed it. In what condition would you think her leg would be? How about the armpit?
Why not run the marathon normally and just donate the money for her? Watching this I only felt worried about her health.

Anyway, there are only two more thoughts that I've had while watching it:
1. She could've tried doing other things to earn money (like crafting some stuff and selling it). Her decision to run in the standard marathon seemed desperate but in reality it was stupid.
2. She would not have completed a marathon. I get that everyone is waiting for her in this instance, but that would take a loooooooot of time for her to complete a marathon (they would've needed some tents to sleep in).

You know you can delete shows that you have on your MDL list if you don't want them there anymore.
Oh! Thank you so much for mentioning that.
I was not aware of the "Delete" option. Now I see it xD
I've corrected that on my watch list
Thanks again :)

That was such a strange experience...
1. It starts with a young girl (FL) selling her body for money. Aaand... it's never portrayed as something bad. On the contrary! This leads to a romantic story and seems to be a good decision in the end...
I'm a bit worried about the message this drama sends to young women.

2. It felt like a story about some mafia and a native girl who's not aware of what's going on.
But suddenly she's also the cruel one - watching people suffer without any empathy for them. It's not a problem that her school friends get SA'ed (which is not shown but it's declare) because they were mean to her. It's ok that her stepmother gets beaten - oh wait, it's not ok - it's jus a bit uncomfortable because of the smell of blood...
Again.. this title is labeled as a romantic drama, not a thriller... I don't know how to feel about this.

Some scenes were ridiculous, some were terrifying. Strange mix.

I'm also wandering if using OST from Goblin does not violate some copyright laws but that's less important for me.
