I have a few criticisms please don’t attack me lol - Absolutely no hate towards Heo Nam Jun but can casting directors please look around them for more age appropriate casting?? Please stop casting 30+ actors who look and feel like 30+🙏 I won’t say the same for the female leads and Ma Seong Cheol because they do pass off as Highschoolers (especially I’ve seen MSC recently as a highschooler in Mary Kills People). HNJ has always acted in mature roles in Sweet Home, Your Honour, When the Phone Rings, When the Stars Gossip so until and unless there is a time jump in a the storyline where they are adults, randomly putting him in a Highschool uniform doesn’t work (at least for me). This is not only for him because I don’t have any issues with his acting (I’d feel the same if LJW or Rowoon would start acting in a Highschool drama after consistently acting in mature roles). Very few actors like Hwang In Yeop & Byeon Woo Seok could easily pass off as Highschoolers but that doesn’t mean everyone else would. There are plenty of young rookie actors like Lee Jun Young, Park Solomon, Hong Min Gi, Cha Woo Min, etc. who always play Highschoolers in a modern setting but it’d be so nice to see them in a Highschool romance melodrama of the 80s. Again, this is purely my opinion and I dont intend any hate towards the actors. I’m still enjoying the drama regardless of what I feel would be a better casting✌️
I have just started ep 4 and I have no idea how is this story gonna end but I swear if I had a friend like Seo Jong Hee, I could’ve sacrificed a 100 Han Jae Pils for her🥹💗
Thaaaat bad? Nothing redeamable at all? Not even their own version of Ryu Shio?😅😅😅Was planning to watch…
Dude Strong Girl Namsoon had only Byeon Woo Seok carrying the drama. This one literally had Park Hyung Sik, Seo In Guk & Ma Dong Seok and it still is the worst Kdrama I’ve ever seen. I might actually be able to rewatch Strong Girl Namsoon because I’ll be able to tolerate it better tha this one.
