I usually use "Watchasian" I always thought that one was the main site lol but oddly I noticed the video quality of TPM actually looks better on a non-Asian site (see my other reply to QueenCherry)
A Classic I would love to rewatch, since the death of Dramafever so many dramas unable to rewatch. Breaks my heart…
I was lucky, my local library had the DVD of it on the shelf with bonus features but those weren't subbed. Anyways I found an alternative site to DC with the OP theme song included + better video quality (flixtor.ws), I found it while trying to watch Western TV shows/movies but some of them also have Asian movies/dramas too on them. It has minimum ads compared to other similar sites, like a pop up ad right before you try to watch an episode.
This drama breaks my record about what I thought was the most boring drama. I was forced to increase my rating…
lmao this makes me want to do the same, but I still find some other ones equally as boring/meh... back then people thought TKEM was bad but at least that was still more entertaining to watch than this ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I thought it'd be like a penthouse. But I realized it was worse than that. It's a waste of time, people.
just looking at the photos/trailers alone this is more of a serious drama than a soap opera like TP. I prefer over the top/cliche makjang though, it's more fun/addicting for me.
I would've just ran away with him *sigh* movie could've been better if they showed more emotional scenes not just sex (but I liked those scenes lol) that ending though ;_:
Ep 7 makes me wanna slap that mom - how greedy and uncivilized she is, like why does she even hate Seon Hwa so much anyways? Just because Jae Kyung is chaebol doesn't guarantee their happiness in the long run. But judging by the end preview I like that JK isn't some stereotypical evil 2nd FL and actually slaps the ML for his actions.
I don't like weak female leads (see the definition below). Watching the female lead beg her husband to love her…
I think it is natural for her to be in denial when she's dated him for 10 years and especially with his baby too so she isn't just going to get over him easily within a few episodes/days. This similar reaction also happened in a few other dramas I've watched with the ML leaving the naive FL, but they became a stronger character later on who focuses on revenge.
I only watched 6 eps of it currently but I am hooked, tbh I was more impressed with the beginning eps than Red Shoes. I notice both the ML and Hee Kyung were fast to leave/betray the FLs with little character development. It feels like Second Husband will fill my void of watching A Man in a Veil more than RS.
daily drama...it seems like it's a lot but trust me it's not that much! try to watch it while it airs, I wouldn't…
just based on the 1st 6 eps this drama actually feels bingeworthy for me, with makjang dailies like this the cliffhangers are killing me everyday lol I'm dying to watch the next episodes but I don't want to wait forever for this drama to finish, might as well continue watching it daily...
how is this going to far? is this the usual bad guys did horrible stuff but good guy ends up forgiving them anyways…
the first 6 eps were a good start, I am already getting hooked to this drama. The people who ran away from 120 eps might be missing out on a potentially good makjang drama. It is way too early for us to tell if they'll go for the forgiveness ending. Right now she is just crying about him leaving her for the other woman.
yeah, I mentioned only 1 drama for them even though I also watched the other actresses in a few other shows, it makes my comment look too long. He had less screentime in TP compared to the rest of the cast and I remember him more from King of Baking when I first watched him there.
surprisingly high for a makjang daily drama, but when you hover over it it's only 7.45. I notice people usually rate these types of dramas lower than regular ones. I didn't rate this yet but I would've rated the first 14 eps lower compared to ep 15 onwards when the story actually picks up the pace. I'm liking this and Second Husband right now
edit: the rating got changed back to 7.7 which is more realistic now.
can someone recommend me something similar to this please, thankyouuuu
other dramas where the ML ends up marrying 2nd FL instead: The Promise, Yellow Boots (but I see you completed those 2 already on your list) Don't Hesitate (this one's pacing/revenge is slower, it used to be on Viki but it disappeared now, it doesn't seem to be on other free websites so I think the only way to watch it would be downloading it from Avistaz) I also enjoyed Uhm Hyun Kyung's previous daily A Man in a Veil, her character there raises a child who the 2nd FL villain abandoned (she is similar to the villain from Come! Jang Bo Ri) Red Shoes is also airing right now, it had a slower start than this one but it is getting better ep 15 onwards, the mom abandoned her kids for her previous lover + hit/run incident, she and Sang Hyuk's characters felt rushed imo not enough character development on their sudden change of heart.
same, not a fan of SOL either I'm more into the opposite genres

that ending though ;_:
