December can't come any quicker. Lol. Seeing that JSM isn't returning, I hope season 2 will give us some explanation of how original Naksu got her body back. Looks like Uk have lost his brightness and gave into his darkness, sort of, based on season 2 previews. Even Cho yeon and Danggu was not seen smiling.
I feel so bad for Yul. That breakup/rejection scene was so beautifully done. I'm just glad that he is alive. But then freaking So-I had to give him that damn worm that could possibly harm Yul if Jinmu uses it. I'm also a little upset that we are at the last episode and Naksu/Mudeok has not figure out that she is residing BuYeon's body. I thought she would have figured it out-her being and incredible assassin. The writers better not pull anything ridiculous for the last episode just to warp it with their second season (which I am waiting for)- like making the prince easily fooled by JinMu. I know for sure he is a smart cookie when he wants to be. Wishing for happy ending for Danggu and Arin.
One thing for sure I specifically was disappointed at was with Jang Gang's death. Like wth. I expected him to have his grand return doing idk grand thing since he a prodigy mage. Everyone was literally waiting for him to return.

I cried a river when they've showed the battlefield, everyone lying dead. Then she died and at that point my heart…
I have not watched "Life on Mars." I've seen clips of it but never made it to watch. Is it any good? do you recommend it? I never really thought of it that way regarding his dream being real. But then again, he's real and so is she. Both have feelings for each other and wishes to be happy together. And having her die in his arms must've made even dreams and illusions real.
I wanted to be sad when XiaoLangHua died but I couldn't make out a tear, not until they start playing all their happy moments. That's when I cried a river. And then when DongFang Qincang was locked in his dreams was even more sad.
Having to wait 2 weeks for this definitely made it harder for me to get into the show. Everything just wasn't as intriguing as it was. Even watching Mu-deok and Jang Uk being all lovey dovey didn't feel as exciting. Literally the last 5 minutes of the episode was the only thing that got me back into the show. It finally got good again with its last 5 minute. Now i'm excited again for tomorrow's episode based off the preview.
The Alchemy fans always come here and start promoting their drama with line “is this drama as good?” Etc etc.…
It’s a shame that these to dramas are even being compared. I personally enjoy Alchemy of Souls. But these two dramas are literally different genre and different plots. So I don’t get why they are even compared to begin with. I like BM just as much as AOS.
I just finished this drama. And boy! This has been the BEST drama I've seen this year. It is also the best drama I've seen since Nirvana in Fire. ZLS and LW had fire chemistry with each other and they portrayed their character so well. The story was written in a way where it did not drag nor did make me bored. Every episode served and every character was well written. I honestly love Shaoshang's family except for her mother for whom I grew to love- though I understand why she act that way towards shaoshang considering the time period. I'm just glad that she did eventually know she was at wrong for treating shaoshang the way she did. I love Empress Xuan- she was the mother that shaoshang yearns for from her actual mother. She has a kind heart from the beginning to the end. Consort Yue is another favorite of mine too. She was kind and fair. She knows right from wrong and doesn't care to punish those who were in the wrong even if they were blood related. The emperor has to be my favorite emperor from every political c-drama I've watched. He was kind, caring, and loving. His love for zisheng was like a father. He worries for him when he's out to war. He's worry for him when shaoshang almost got married to Lou Yao. Overall, he only wants zisheng to be happy, safe and healthy.
Sorry for the ramble. Lol. I had too. But like why was the last 8 episodes so sad. I cried in every episode! lol
Zhu Zhe feels a lot like Sheng Mei from season 1 and 2. But I don't know about this season. I'm not really attracted to it. I found myself to skip multiple scenes.
