I'm not that long in Cdrama but I would say Zhao Lusi. I am also a fan of Zhao Lusi and ever since ROTAR, she always got good projects (WRTW, LLTG, HL, TLI, TSOPG, LA and AL). As for the others, I don't know much about them.

Actually, the ending in the drama is kind of confusing since it wasn't really explained how she came back to life. In the novel, she was reincarnated thanks to the help of the Demon King (the one with the white hair, that was the twin of TY's ex-best friend).

A lot of things happened in the drama that wasn't in the novel. Just like the ending. Although Yan Hui still ended up dying in the end, the reason was a little bit different.

The ML didn't have his full power while fighting the villain. He doesn’t have his heart protection scale which is also in his inner core. So, he really is weaker than the villain at the llast fight scene.

But I prefer the ending in the novel than the drama. In the novel, it totally gives justice of him being a millennium dragon while in the drama, it feels like they gave the highlighted part to the FL making him looks useless. But I'm not bashing. It just didn’t reached my expectations since I've read the novel before watching the drama.

I also saw one on TikTok. How can he be so nice? 🥺 He treats his fans so well even though he is tired.

He looks so tired. You can see it in his face. I hope he gets to rest well after shooting LITC.

And he also kind of bit annoyed? I don't know if it's just me because I AM kinda annoyed watching the videos. I'm also a fan but I feel sorry for him being squeezed at like that. I wouldn’t be mad if he is annoyed by the crowd, but him still trying to received the letters and entertained the fans is heartwarming 🥺🥺

You're right. He has been in the industry for 10 years and his progress as an actor is rather slow. Maybe because he lacks promotion and support from his agency.

And I agree about FoF. His character's development stop in the midway and there is nothing interesting happened. It was consistent from beginning to end. Instead, ZYC character became more intriguing and highlighted in the send half of the drama.

I also agree about him collaborating with traffic stars to have more exposure with larger audience. It's not like I'm looking down on his popularity, but let us be honest, collaborating with celebraties with a lot of traffic can help him rise and can be more known both internationally and local. Dramas with traffic stars also has more potential to be promoted most.

I really can't understand Hesong. They have artists under their company that have big potentials to be a big/traffic stars (Hou Minghao
Zhou Ye, Gulinazha) but they always messed up.

Instead of trying their best to give them projects that collaborate with other influential stars or dramas that could make them rise, they let their artists be used as a stepping stone or a background character that was only there for investments.

That's why I don't want him to take this drama. Yuzheng, as I have said is unreliable. There is a big possibility that the reason he wants Hou Minghao to be his male lead was because of his popularity and to attract viewers and investments.

And I agree with what you have said on what would've happen to his character in his drama.

The reason might be because they want to tie down Hou Minghao to renew his contract through this drama. That's why they want to give him a "good project".

I've been gone for two days and a lot already happened. Let me share my thoughts:

So, the rumor drama of Hou Minghao and Wang Churan will be produced by Yuzheng. Really? Yuzheng? That guy is unreliable. Though I've only been a Cdrama fan for a few years, I have already heard a lot of bad things about Yuzheng. My first impression of him is an arrogant and narcissistic person (it was when I saw him shading Zhao Lusi back then about her upcoming drama ROTAR).

I don’t want Hou Minghao to work with him. I'm afraid he will just be used as a stepping stone to promote his artists just like the other dramas he produced. We know that although Hou Minghao's traffic may not be as big as YangYang, Wang Yibo or Wang HeDi, he is still capable of attracting investors. I have noticed that his recent dramas are invested by decent companies.

I also think this was the case with Fangs and Fortune. I mean, it's not that I'm invalidating his co-stars or I'm being rude, but if you've observed, they alone don't have the that thing to attract investments like Hou Minghao. CDL has been going from FL to Support Roles and vice versa, TJR is still a newbie and CX's acting is still debatable for some viewers. The same goes with Dashing Youth and I Am Nobody. (Note: I am not bashing them or the dramas, it's just my opinion to what I have observed)

Also, I thought I was the only one who noticed on what happened in Fang and Fortune in the midway, turns out some of you, too. Zhao Yuan Zhou (HMH's character) didn't have any big progress in his storyline after the Red Moon. Aside from his relationship with his teammates and Wen Xiao, nothing really interesting happened. Instead, Zhou Yichen's character storyline became more interesting and anticipating. (Again, I am not bashing the actor, I'm just sharing my opinion about the drama). It would have been better if they something like a BIG PLOT TWIST or something that could make the viewers OH MY GHAD for ZYZ's character, but no, they didn't. They made his storyline consistent from the start to finished and I was quite disappointed. I was expecting a lot. Oh, well.

In conclusion, I don't want Hou Minghao to take the Yuzheng drama. He should better stay at home and rest than to work with someone like him.

Hou Minghao looks so tired in his latest pictures. His schedule is packed, filming LITC and promoting FOF. So far, I didn’t see any rumors for his new project after LITC, except the one with Li Landi, but that one didn't last long so I guess it was a simple rumor. I hope he would take a break after LITC. Although I love to see him being active, his health should come first. His been working hard for two years in a row. With Xiao Yao and LITC coming, I believe that is enough for now. He should take a rest and look after himself too.

I agree. He has such a nice voice. He needs to release a mini album in the future. There is a lot of actors/actresses who releases album eventhough they didn't start of as a singer. HMH initially started as a singer so it would be a waste (for me). Though I love hearing him singing OST on his dramas, it wouldn't be bad to release an album once in a while. Well, hoping for it to happen in the future 🙏🙏
