super fond of the princess and it must’ve hurt her so badly when all the people she loved and put her trust in betrayed her. it wasn’t easy for her to kill him but she saw what kind of person he was

really like the trope of her being this ruthless assassin and she also is super awkward and doesn’t quite understand how to make people like her and she’s falling for him after seeing how people look up to him.
the scene where he drops the handkerchief and hugs her as she sobs over another man he’s normally so strict with her so seeing her break down and you can see he felt so helpless in that moment super excited to see more of those relationship
felt like crying alongside with her when she said I’d rather he hates me than himself I know zz romance arc is over but their relationship is so special it’s so heart breaking because she knows he’ll keep getting involved in their plans somehow and she doesn’t want to use them and she can’t be honest with him but still wants to protect him aaaaaaah

I agree it’s unrealistic that’s why I’m still rooting for our main characters I enjoy seeing more flawed grey female characters who are calculating and sometimes do and say the wrong thing but I can’t help but like zz lol

I agree also I do think that xw jxn understand each other in many ways and no one else could do that but in ways I wonder if they are too similar while zhang zhe makes jxn want to be better I can’t wait to see more of both of them
the glances between her and zhang zhe omg why did they have to make their story so beautiful I’m really trying to root for our male lead but his character has become a little underwhelming I need to see some more progress or emotional intelligence from him. He’s borderline controlling and he is obsessive idk
super fond of Zhang Zhe’s character the actor does such a great job of portraying this soft spoken but fiercely good you can’t help but root for him in the sense that XW JXC are almost two similar both deadly and always calculating sorry guys his soft nature making her soft aaaah going crazy this actor is so good hehe
currently really enjoying the layers to our male lead and wondering if he’s somehow related to yan lin or the history there because of his obsession and over protectiveness hmmm this is rlly interesting and I enjoy how xue ning is blunt and unapologetic but not portrayed in a way that makes you think she’s horrible but you tend to side with her. These two characters together super excited to see how this all plays out.
