Wow... episode 1 was great! The emotions, the pain from the one sided love, angst/anxiousness were very readable in the atmosphere and I actually loved it. I hope that it will continue it's great start.
Once again I see why I've always been dropping most of the show me the money season: it's simply rigged. Coming from someone that has been following the rap industry/krap industry I can confidently say the QM should have won this diss battle. No question, Don Malik is very hyped and a rising rapper with great skills but it is a diss battle and the only thing that he highlighted, which sticked into my head was that QM was "obese" and nothing else. Fr QM had great composure and everything but at the end he can't fight a rigged show.
If she graduated from Harvard then I'm not sure why she's there. Most of the cast are probably models, coaches…
In her resume I saw that she is modeling aswell; she has been signed to YG from 2014-2018! She's stunning, it seems that no guy on the show could be a match for her in puncto education and well rounded
some shows are better if you watch it while it is airing bc the "atmosphere"/ hype may be better. Squid game is one of those shows. I missed the timing of the hype on this series and Ill never be able to understand the hype of it even tho I think it's great that a kdrama received a lot of exposure/attention.
I would like the drama to keep the amount of romance the same or less. I want the focus to be his revenge/thriller and not a cliché love story. So far I really liked it but ep 7 felt like a bit of a filler (8.5/10)
