think pil hyun lowkey had something to do with ji woo ghosting bec why did he look so taken aback when pil hyun asked him how he could disappear like that (can’t stop tryna figure it out)
can’t stop thinking about how they both have abandonment issues but it shows up in different ways. jiwoo doesn’t want to get attached only to be left behind so he pushes people away. seojoon tries to make it easy for them to stay by holding on to them and being clingy.
the girl being jiwoos ex would acc be kinda funny considering last season seojoon wouldn’t believe jiwoo even dated other people before and kept teasing him about it
honestly the baggage that comes with dating a guy like taehoon would be too exhausting for me but I love the way kijung acknowledged she’s a take your lover’s detached head off the floor type of girl and that loving him is a choice she’s going to commit to. also the way taehoon was smiling on the bus, like she still brightens up his life.
ending was so unsatisfying, I’m sitting here like I just got a random breakup text from someone I loved. Like…
Ok, the more I sit with it, I realize this drama really ended the way it began: unassuming and quietly sneaking into my heart. the ending is too realistic, it’s a little scary.
I think other than the ED episode, most of the people are experiencing situational depression. They're standing on the edge of the cliff because of a traumatic experience that has left them hopeless and unable to see a way out. And the reapers come and remind them that leaving is not the way out, and make it possible for them to believe they will overcome their trauma. The show's goal of reminding people of the importance of being empathetic and sitting with a person in their pain is pretty relevant to cultures where there is a suicide stigma and people are blamed for even being suicidal.
The BTS thing was really weird but Anti-Japan propaganda??? What is wrong with sharing the stories of real atrocities…
this is the most insensitive take. did you want to see it from the imperialists standpoint? is showing history worthless if the people who committed those horrifying acts can no longer do anything about it? should it be erased?comfort women were sex slaves, what does that have to do with prostitution being normalized?
First the anti-japan propaganda (never do political statements in entertainment), and now the BTS controversy.…
The BTS thing was really weird but Anti-Japan propaganda??? What is wrong with sharing the stories of real atrocities people faced during Japanese imperialism in a show that is all about people and their different heartbreaking experiences.
Exactly, he was totally behaving like a douche and being toxic and hurtful to her. I really liked him worshipping…
Agreeed!!! But I don’t think MJ feels disrespected by Mr. Gu bec of the worshipping thing but also bec she sees right through him and knows he just said that BS to push her away. It was tooo much when he was telling her to get a stroller when she has a kid like a normal woman and MJ just being like no, i want to carry my child & I want to carry you at 1 years old. they really do need to get back on their healing and growing shit.
kota is so funny. mans spends the entire day thinking of naoya and why he’s been dry with him and then, when he’s finally been given the attention he was missing, he runs away screaming
