he seemed pretty distressed, I think murong yao really thought feng suige was dead. I think feng suige might have pretended to pass out to avoid more stabbing before he fully slipped into unconsciousness. I honestly think murong yao's main emotion when feng suige returns tho is going to be relief and I'm curious to see what feng suige's reaction is. he definitely noticed murong yao's inability to deal a killing blow and the tears when he stabbed him so I don't think feng suige will have it in him to kill murong yao, but I don't see how their relationship can recover from this.

also I've seen zuo ye in a few cdramas now and I've always thought he was good but I've never seen him like this and GOD he is sooooooooooooo good as murong yao. hope this means bigger roles for him in the future <3

there are two camps. she was in the one in jinxiu, but there's also one in susha.

murong yao is soooooooooo the masked man. fu yixiao is wary of him bc on some level she knows it's him. also his grudge against the emperor and the fact that he showed up to talk to lady ruyan. like there's just sooooooo much pointing to him.

this show is making me reach never before experienced levels of derangement. how is every episode better than the last.

is anyone else suspecting feng suige's younger brother is under the mask? his presence feels like it's been too minimal so far and I can't think of any other character that would be a deeper betrayal.

god I knew keishi trying to talk to suzume was going to hurt but they love each other so much. I'm not sure how 2 episodes is enough to fix this rift but I can't wait for them to properly talk this out and get all their insecurities out in the open
