she is 15 years old teenager , who lived her life on survival mode , obviously ml have to save her since she was not even groomed for normal life , let alone between royal people and their conspiracies . she fought her aut and granny she uses those tactics, doesnt really care about consequences becaue she never had a reason to and you dont automatically know what to do if ointrodiced to politics and arrogant princess who thinks they own people. and ml brought her into that life otherwise she wanted a peaceful life away from here . so you cant entirely blame her the way she acted . she tries to help who are nice to her even if they are faking it cause growing up she didnt even had that and the way her mother treated her than how empress treated her shapes her personality . as i said she was 15 , you cant judge her for her personality ncuase she is still growing . ive seen worse female leads . of course NN comes across as selfish sometimes because thats what she learnd to only protect herself in any way

and i didnt enjoy First frost sike .
our opinion can differ due to what kind of content we wanna see .
im someone who went tthrough similar breakup so i guess i could relate and enjoy " the best thing " such a realistic love story and characters and how they handled emotions and first frost seemed like so fairytail and far from realism .
some of us like realistic approach , ome of us watch to escape reality so we love fairytails .
if i was early in my age i think i wouldnt have liked this drama and loved first frost but now after exp[experiences i think my taste changed and i look for mature and non dramatic dramas . which are not over the top .
sorry for a long reply but i wonder how our opinions can be differ and diff approach and diff liking but we accept and respect each others choices .

Are people paid to write negative reviews because of this drama's global success ? like seriously this drama breaks so many stereotypes and after losing intererst in kdramas finally i found this and i loved it . i have seen so many dramas with same plot and i can say this drama never bored me .
people are really so used to those jerk male leads and doormate female leads that they cant accept such an dedicated ml and fl with a brain and a decent second ml who is not overly exploited or made us think that he should have been lead because Sun Jae takes the cake and Im sol . these haters are all those who loved Jerk , arrogant and overbearing mls and unnecessary stupid or forgiving fls . smh

then watch him in " love like the galaxy " so much chemistry
