Yes, Jin complained a bit about bullying and each time he gave up and still years later he's with the bullies. Bystanders make bulling possible in schools. Someone who hates bulling wouldn't be their friend.
Interesting choice by the writers/directors to not show much how the discussions about money etc went with Non and Keng. If the writers showed more pressure from Keng and less enjoyment from Non, the sex scene would have felt a lot different. But just the opposite, they even showed Non to make the first move on Keng. I'm mainly talking about myself. I would have interpret the situation differently.

This is very intense, never boring, kind of. However, nobody is that good as a person I wanted to root for them. Phee was good at least until this episode. Now I have a feeling maybe he won't be in the future. He deserves love since Non betrayed him, but not from someone like Jin. Non had a shitty family, nobody cared about him.
