I'm not a pro by all means. But what I do know is that China cannot affect for example what Viki or GaGa is streaming. So why would they feel the need to censor anything for them? China cannot boss around outside of China. Also higher-ups in China will find any bls anyways with or without attention. No bl allowed. Nc scenes or not. That's why I don't get the need to cut scenes. UNLESS they are afraid China will blacklist actors if authorities see such scenes. That they can do, even if not force cutting scenes internationally.
