Okay I know this is a stretch here but the dynamic between the female and male leads are similar... FLs are super smart while the male leads are full of passion, but not exactly the brightest... It's also the FLs that paves the way for the MLs' successes...

Yoo Yeon Seok also plays a doctor in this kdrama with a similar setup (hospital, friendship, the stories involving the patients).

Both have the same concept of being able to see when someone dies and unable to prevent it. In about time, a clock on the persons body is used by the protagonist to tell when they will die.

Both are dancing competition shows. Some of the members from HBDC went on to participate in SDC and showed their worth! Deffo recommend if you like this.

They both deal about possession and evil spirits and the fight against them. They both have the exact same feeling and same degree of brutality.
They both have characters that have special powers to deal with them.

Both are bittersweet stories about smart and hard-working female rulers (reigning queen Seonduk and dowager queen Chunchu) who loved their kingdom most of all. Both have lots of scheming and little romance (particulary little in QS)

My Holo Love was like a fantasy sci fi vr of Her Private Life? like if you combine all of the dramas in the recommendation, you'd get My Holo Love xD

Both movies reveal a catastrophe in a confined place (tower) and FL and ML are struggling to save their lives and survive from fire or gas.
The difference is the Exit has few spice of comedy.
The Tower movie has better movie enjoying from splendid special effects.

In both the drama, FL initially try to kill the main hero but fall in love later on. Both have lots sweet and comic moments between ML and FL.

This is a much more mature and realistic take on a similar plot minus all the sleuthing. The leads are also best friends for a long time.

The ML hides himself from the FL while interacting with her on a regular basis and saves her from the baddies, while she doesn't know his real identity
The ML uses his tech savviness and his hacking prowess to outsmart the baddies; like Healer he's good at avoiding CCTVs and hiding from people
The main villain has an overarching purpose to cause harm to society as a whole (like in Healer)
The leads knew each other as kids, and their connection is very significant to the main plot, i.e. the past very much affects the present

Possessed had the best potential for the evil spirit drama, and they both share that same feel.
also they both have a female character that has "special powers" needed to fight the evil spirit
