There are differences but the similarity i find is the concept of ghost and how these ghost are walking around their family members who are alive. Also there are side stories in both that is, the stories of some ghost, how did they die, why they haven't reincarnated etc. and our main character helping them out .
Also i find out that both main characters are given specific missions to complete , if failed they will reincarnate .
Both dramas basically shows life after death situations.

I'd recommend Lost Love in Times if you're looking for time reversals/different timeline plot. Also a joy to watch the lead couples in LLIT since the woman is powerful and the man an intense and heroic ML.

They're both set is "parallel" worlds. For the majority of both series, they're in societies where females are the overpowered ones and the males are on the lower end. In the romance of tiger and rose, the FL realizes the hypocrisy behind too much female power which essentially just shifts the unfairness from one gender to the other. In the other half of me and you, the ML realizes how misogynistic he's been and realizes how unfair and degrading it can be to be treated like the "lower" gender. Both series are extremely funny, but they still bring to light the the truth behind how our societies work.

Both dramas are based on trainees, trying to be idols. They depict how idols are being treated in reality as well.
