Dal Ja doesn't want to be involved in adultery and never thought she'd be this type of woman. Despite saying this, the wife starts to cause trouble for Dal Ja, hoping to get her away from Uhm Gi Joong.

That woman is a psychopath

Getting out of a longer/ much more serious relationship, in this case marriage, can be hurtful, many of us unfortunately know it all too well. Maybe we felt jealousy too when our ex-es reconstructed their lives, but..those are lingering feelings and shouldn't transform into sick obsession.

That woman is definitely sick, so sick that she should be locked into a sanatorium.

Also, for the last episodes I felt sorry for Kang Tae Bong, being called a "spare tire" isn't nice, not when you do so many things for the person next to you. He always risked everything to come help her (mostly running away from debt collectors).He must feel very unappreciated.
