Where to Watch Blood Episode 12
Blood Episode 12 Reactions
I'm very curious about the one confirmed death here, as it felt like there was more to go with this character. But it did help to show how ruthless Jae Wook. Even more is that it shows that in his mind he thinks what he is doing is right, that his actions will help the greater good. However, I think it's clear that he doesn't just think that vampires are a stronger species. No, I think his put himself so high up on the pedestal that he thinks he is a God. Especially from a disturbing chat he has with Ji Sang.
Speaking of bad guys there's some well done lurking by members of the Bad Boy gang, doing some truly creepy stalking of Ri Ta. With a vampire doll and opera music. Well done. The spy turning out to be Ga Yeon is pretty cool. It's great seeing the sweet and cute girl that I grew so fond of doing all kinds of villians spy type things. Intimedation strangely suits her. Each time she interacts with characters it's heightened as we know she's a bad guy, but they don't!
Ri Ta and Ji Sang have officially hit a fabulous point in their relationship. The slow build has been worth it as they're chemistry is really starting to show. While they're not on fire, they're sweet together. And for Blood that works wonderfully. There's still plenty of time for them to develop more. Especially since both have never truly had relationships. What with Sang keeping his secret and Ri Ta holding out for her mysterious rescuer.
This was a fantastic episode! Building up the world of Blood and the characters. A lot happens and again it ends on a cliffhanger. A crazy scary cliffhanger as one of my favorite character's life may be up. I love it when a show is fearless to off it's characters, especially in a vampire show! However, the complications of loving so many characters make it so hard. What's going to happen!?
On the vamp mytho here's what we know:
- A vampires hunger may have something to do with the pituitary gland. (At least from what I gather from the new drug Ri Ta found to curb the hunger.)
- Vampires may have been extinct when the first infected died, but then they came back after the bones of dead vampires were dug up and a new virus created. (Cool idea!)
-Vampires can't taste, but can still eat whatever. (That would suck.)
- Ji Sang eats a condensed blend milk and albumin. And vegetables and little carbohydrates.
- Antibodies in the blood can have a negative effect on vampires.
- Red blood cells make them go crazy, but they don't need them.
- Vampire can't get too hot, makes them feel like they have flu/painful.
- UV lights still hurt their eyes, even with Ji Sang's special pills.
- They run cold, and it's painful to have a normal temperature.
- Other vampires can sense each other by hearing dolphin like sonar waves. (Or scent?)
- Can they control animals? Or just dogs.
- Dawn and dusk sunlight burn/hurts. (Any other times?)
- Vampirism is caused by a virus. (VBT-01, Vampire Basic Type - 01)
- Super strength and speed.
