The Rules of the Game depicts love and the struggles of such poor people as swindlers, prostitutes, and gangsters. Yong Dae and his girlfriend Tae Sook come to Seoul to locate the 'kwang Chun' gangster group in order to join it. But he finds out that it is almost impossible to meet Kwang Chun (the boss of the Kwang Chun gangster group in seoul). Yong Dae has no money so, he sells his girlfriend into prostitution. A good opportunity comes to him when he gets a chance to save the gangster boss, who is in danger. Yong Dae then joins the gangster group and begins the life of a gangster. Edit Translation
