Hong Shik is an activist who puts his life on the line to fight for the cause he believes in after his friend's suicide. His friend, Gil Jeong, is a young man who is engaged to Won Hee, a ballerina. Gil Jeong enters the military service and is deployed to the police station as a riot police. While on duty with the riot police, he is killed by the Molotov cocktail thrown by his friend Hong Shik. Won Hee loses her ability to speak from the shock of his death and becomes a hemiplegic. Hong Shik is sick with guilt and tries to nurse Won Hee back. Although he loves Hae Soo, he commits himself to helping Won Hee recover. Edit Translation
