both shows have the protaganist framed for a chime they did not commit .... both big budget with alot of A listers making cameos

Same theme ..a young guy getting accused of a crime he didn't commit ...fabricated city is more action ..new trail is more emotional .

They are both about men who are falsely accused of murder and are wrongly convicted but are able to prove their innocence with the help of their friends and people around them.
