“Dokurogeki” is a Japanese horror drama series that consists of a collection of mini-episodes. It is a spin-off and is made by the same production team as the 2007 horror drama “Torihada.” A series of five mini-episodes follows Yukie Samejima, an illustrator who stays up all night to meet a deadline on a script. When she falls asleep exhausted on the couch the next day, she the voice of a mysterious young girl yelling for her mother. In another series of six mini-episodes, Misuzu Murai used to do fortune telling as a hobby in college but now works at a company in the city.
