This drama is quite interesting so I binge-watched it in just a couple of days. The story is very light. There were some suspenseful moments and a lot of funny scenes. This is not your typical lakorn with really evil vengeful characters, almost no slap/kiss, no over the top confrontations, no abductions and gang fighting/shooting. My only complaint (and reason for half point off) is that the romance could have been spicier :) Even so, there were still a lot of cute moments between the main leads. Overall, this drama is worth watching.

Comedy and Romance drama (Recommend)

I have watched this drama for 3 times already. I finished it since 2016 (I watched Khmer dubbed, but there's no more, the owner deleted). But somehow, I have nothing to watch and I decided to rewatch it, It is hard to find for english sub but I have requested Kissasian to sub it. I like the couple, their chemistry is also good.

About the character:
Salin (Female Lead): Salin is a lord's daughter, she grew up in her mother's garden house with her grandparents. She likes to pull pranks on people, yes she's playful, cheerful and honest. She's not afraid to speak up (girls during that time weren't allowed to talk a lot, or speak freely), she was matchmaking with Khun Chai Lek.

Khun Chai Rong (Male Lead): Khun Chai Rong is the second nephew and favorite of Sa Dej (Queen). The queen arranged his marriage with Srijittra (Salin's older sister) but unfortunately, he's in love with Khun Ying Koy (a spoiled-brat, self-centered and shameless). He's strict, neat and arrogant. Compare to Salin, they both have different personalities.

Srijittra (Support Lead, Salin's older sister): Srijittra was matchmaking with Khun Chai Rong, but his highness doesn't seem to care much about her. They're alway quiet when they're together. She's more comfortable with Khun Chai Lek. She's quiet, strict and smart. Her personality is so much alike Khun Chai Rong.

Khun Chai Lek (Support Lead, Khun Chai Rong's younger brother): Khun Chai Lek has the same personality as Salin. He was matchmaking with Salin by the queen. To find out his future bride, he pretends to be a mechanic near Salin's house, but it turns out that they become best-friend. He's interested in Srijittra.

My Most Fav Romcom Drama, so far..

Watching this reminds me of Khun Chai Pawornruj. Pope as ML, ambassador, left by his gf (also the same actress) to marry another man, then the elders force him to marry another woman.
Overall, it's really entertaining, both romance&comedy. It can build funny&hilarious moments thru cast, character, music, dialogue, situation. Even the villains&the olders can make funny moments! I enjoyed almost every scene!
Alek&Namtarn are outstanding! They successfully played a silly/playful person naturally. Also great chemistry as friends.
Pope, it's my 1st time watching him with another actress besides Mew Nittha (yes i was protective, Pope's just for Mew alone, lol). But he made a great chemistry with Namtarn. Also just realized that Pope, his eyes always tell everything in his heart. The way he looks at Sa is...beyond words.
Nychaa, she's 5 years younger than Namtarn, but she successfully played a clam, prim, proper character that suits her to be the elder sis of Sa. I also love the way she tells fairy tales to Lek, so deep.
The most irritating moment to me is when Rong back with Koy & willing to be kicked out from palace. How could it turn like this?! But when i know his plan, it turns out to be much more interesting. Knowing Rong becomes poor, Sa is that worried & gives her best to take care of Rong, which shows how she loves him :)

Adorable and Enchanting

What a delightful drama! Takes place in the 60's and definitely has that 60's vibe. Thai dramas can really present costumes and hair styles to fit the genre. The ladies were beautiful and the men were delightful to watch. I thought I would begin getting bored after the middle episodes, but each episode kept me engaged with curious progression. There was a pure heartedness about it and a more intelligent and engaging plot. Incorporating fairy tales within the story made it enchanting. And all of the actors were perfect for their roles. I will definitely re-watch it again when I am in the mood for a "Wanida" style lakorn. Wish there were more of these kinds of dramas!

I remember that while I waited for this lakorn to get fully subbed I discovered MV on youtube called Sapai Jao hopeless posted by missshiannelee which I liked so much I then watched it INSTEAD of the opening credits with each episode.

Sadly, it's so good it's better than the lakorn itself: it somehow lacks real dramatic feel, its mood is too light in my opinion, so no real emotions were stirred in me.

I liked one of the sisters (though it was confusing that the visibly younger actress played the older sister and vise versa) and almost liked Pope Thanawat in here (still prefer him in Tawan Deard or Buang). Maybe next time?

Storyline: The storyline was very great!. I actually didn't expect much, but ended up rewatching it for a couple of time. The chemistry between the two lead couples was interesting and well played. Like every drama Salin and Chai Rong both start with hating each other, but in the end fall in love. It did take a while for them both to get along, but in the end they made a good couple together. Though Chai Lek and Srijittra didn't stole the spotlight of the other main couple, they both have cute times together. They both are well fit, and maybe a little more perfect than Salin and Chai Rong as a couple. They both understand each other, and the way they both show their love was sweet. Chai Lek is funny when trying to get Srijittra attention, and wanting to tell her how he felts. Basically, Salin-Rong couple is great and also the Srijittra-Lek is also a great couple.

Acting: The acting was on point, not much to complain about. They each played their part well including the villain.

Music: The music was great! I put it in my playlist and listen to it over and over again. The music was perfect for the drama.

Rewatch: I did end up rewatching over and over again as it was funny, interesting, conflicted, sweets, and etc.

Overall, didn't regret watching!
