It's coming . . .

It's coming the face off between Park Wan and Nan Hee. Personally I'm on Park Wan's side and adherently hope she tells her off. I hate it when people go sneaking and lurking to find out what they want. Instead of simply asking that person face to face. If Nan Hee does something foolish (like the previews are showing) she could damage her daughter's reputation and lose her her job!

Overall I thought this episode was grand. Suk Kyoon and Sung Jae had some great fun getting revenge for Suk Kyoon's daughter. I love the music that accompanied them. Sung Jae is annoying me with this love triangle game he's playing. Clearly he knows Hee Ja is his main goal, and he likes that she's saying know. Poor Choong Nam is the back up. I'm excited at the prospect of Choong Nam facing him and telling Sung Jae off.

The funeral was lovely and moving, and I had never thought of the fact that as an older person losing your parent you become an orphan. It's true, everyone has to grieve their parent at some point.

Dear My Friends is turning out to be a potent show of raw emotions. I love the cast here, especially the decades long friendships and histories. I for one am thrilled for wherever this show takes me. (And I wonder if Min Ho will be on man patrol for his mother? ^_-) It also breaks my heart that Suk Kyoon is doing what he can to fix his mistake and to help his daughter, but has he truly waited to long to change?

Well I'm off to what is going to be one dramatic episode.
