Shin Daisan no Gokudo: Boppatsu Kansai Gokudo Senso (1996)

When Masaki find themselves at a bar owned by his friend Akemi and ponder the recent strange happenings. He later accepted a proposal from his old rival Hattori and join the Todo-gang. A member, Hazama, being jealous over Masakis high rank and starts planning ways to get rid of the newcomer from the gang. Edit Translation
