The Great Shaolin Episode 8

Before Jian Xiong can react to his father's death, Japanese pirates ambush and carry off Cheng Wen Dao and Yang Xiu. Wen Dao and Xiu are held captive by the pirates and will be used as bargaining chips in the pirates' own grudge against Ming De, but are later released by an ex-soldier of Cheng Su’s (Wen Dao's father) who joined the pirates after his own capture. Ming De tells Jian Xiong he will take him as his protege. Jian Xiong swears to avenge his father’s death and to kill Wen Dao. He tells Zhen Zhen he will accompany her parade to the brothel in hopes of catching Wen Dao. Li Zhen Zhen does see Wen Dao in the crowd, and her emotion inadvertently alerts Jian Xiong of Wen Dao's presence. Wen Dao collapses from the cold toxin, but is whisked back to the Shaolin Temple by Bai Huo before Jian Xiong can find him. (Source: FirebirdStar at MyDramaList)
